The comforts of this central hotel were excellent. The rooms were brand-new and had a front view of the port.- The staff was really helpful in all services.- The breakfast was assorted and delicious.- The bar was always well stocked.- The central location near the marina allowed for good walking.

The hotel is very easy to reach. We arrived with 2 bicycles, which we were allowed to take with us to our room. The breakfast was varied, extraordinary and fresh. One of the best on our trip.

We could not find a toilet brush in our bathroom.

The hotel had a central location and it was right at a shopping mall. The food was nice with a huge variety of alternatives...

Liked the nicely furnished and newly renovated twin/double room with a port view. Rewritten: The staff at Silken Turcosa in Grao de Castellon was really helpful during my one-night stay. I loved the beautifully furnished twin/double room with a view of the port, it was so cozy that I wouldn't have minded spending the whole day there.

The room was updated and stylish, with convenient amenities like an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a study table. The hotel offers lots of fantastic food options for meals.- It boasts a good location, right by Plaza del Mar.- The staff were friendly and very attentive.

We had a great room facing the port nice view. Staff friendly, helpful. Spoke English and French. Rooms very nice, modern, clean.

Main entrance and breakfast room missing ambiance, would take little to put this downstairs area more attractive with a little color coordinated deco and attention. Miscellaneous pieces of furniture are distributed (dirty blue chair in front of beautiful tile mural. Overgrown plants in pots on stairs. Curtains do not hang straight in dining room, rather cold atmosphere, breakfast bar looks like an after thought, baby chair pushed up against the window. Vending machine pushed into a corner on upper level (not sure why this is needed, there are mini bars in rooms and and a supermarket+cafeteria around the corner). This place has a great view on the new port, and is in a very attractive older building. Lots of opportunity here!!!!
